As a marketing professional specializing in live entertainment, I understand the importance of guest experience at the door. I work with producers to create once-in-a-lifetime experiences featuring the most talented performers in the world, and I work with security and front of house teams to be more inclusive, safe and  hospitality oriented.

In 2021, I received my master’s degree from Columbia University in Conflict Resolution and Negotiation to further study nonviolent security tactics and the intersection of the hospitality industry with conflict resolution.  As a licensed security guard in the state of New York for six years, and a licensed security instructor for three years, I have worked for multiple nightlife establishments and entertainment venues managing security and optimizing guest entry with an emphasis on de-escalation tactics and anti-bias education.
