Shoshana Fisher is an event producer, strategic marketer, and operations professional with over a decade of experience in the live entertainment industry. Originally from Portland, Oregon, Shoshana's passion for event production and marketing began with her work on political campaigns and for members of the state legislature. She earned her B.A. in Political Science from Portland State University, where she was appointed by the Governor to serve on the Oregon State Board of Higher Education.

In 2012, Shoshana made the move to New York, where she delved into the world of live entertainment marketing, specializing in immersive productions. Her belief in the power of human connection in both political and artistic spheres led her to develop a passion for immersive theater. Shoshana has honed her expertise in marketing all kinds of live events over the years, working with some of the most talented producers and creatives in the industry. Her approach is both data-driven and creative, always seeking innovative ways to connect with audiences.

For Shoshana, marketing is about touching every element of a production, from the audition process to hiring the right front of house team. She understands that marketing begins with audience experience both online and in person, which is why she is committed to providing a seamless experience for guests, before, during, and after the show. This commitment has led her to work in event production and operations, collaborating with numerous high-profile venues, agencies, and nightlife establishments to produce events and optimize guest experience. Her work has been recognized in Vogue, Vice News, TimeOut and Mic amongst other publications.

Shoshana's passion for hospitality led her to pursue a Master's Degree in Conflict Resolution and Negotiation at Columbia University. She is currently studying communication strategy through Equine-Assisted Learning (EAL), an experiential learning technique facilitated through natural horsemanship.
